The Hardy's invited us to be with them in their Family Cacin - near Strawberry Resouvior June 17-19. Pikes, Kroebers, Lindsey and children, and Polly joined us - we had a blast! It is so calming to be in the beautiful mountains with those you love best! Here we are eating - Hawaiian Haystacks - in honor of Fromm's impending move to Hawaii!
Many of us took a short hike up the road from the cabin ... nice evening - so nice to be with family, especially those who live so far away!
Pretty sunset as we came back to the cabin after hiking....we are blessed with a beautiful world.
Kroeber's brought this electronic 'hot potato' game - if you were left holding the 'potato' you got shocked!! I declined all invitations to play - the teenagers had a great time!
Small chipmuck would raid the bird feeder!!
We set up a flannel quilt for Sam and Allie - loved tieing it with daughters and granddaughters!
Of course we all took turns holding darling Reid as we worked.
Grace and Sophie were good sports to help us - just as we finished it began to rain pretty hard...we were happy we got it done before that!
As it rained outside, the younger grandchildren liked the beads and making necklaces, bracelets, etc.
Jason put on the movie "Sandlot" and we all had a good time watching it...rain can't stop our fun.

Grand children are the best! Thanks Jason and Jennie for a wonderful three days! Anytime we can spend time with family is awesome!!
