Derrell, LaNore and Sterling came to visit in Utah and Idaho. Derrell's grandson Lucas, Ryan's 14 year old son, wanted his grandpa to give him his Patriarchal blessing, isn't that awesome? It is the weekend of the Preston, Idaho Rodeo and LaNore's two sisters from CA were in Preston - so they went to the Rodeo with them on Saturday night. We met up with them at the Pleasant Grove, Smith's Grocery Store Parking lot on Thursday at one. Polly had time to come down and say hello, then went back to work.
Derrell joined the group and Harold took the picture. You can see the Hooked on Fish food truck in the background. Craig told Derrell it was the closest to English Fish and Chips that he had found here. Derrell wanted to try some so we made arrangments to meet there. Clay came with Craig.
Craig joining our group. After getting our food we discussed going to a park, but it was hot out and I thought of going into Smith's air conditioned Deli and sitting at their tables - we all bought drinks so it was legit!
Far right is Tracy, Ryan's wife, two of their four boys, Cruse, 11 years old and Kaden, called to the Australia, Brisbane mission - going to serve in Billings, MT until he can get to Australia. His twin brother Gage, is called to Botswana, Africa! Kaden goes into the MTC first, and Gage comes in to the MTC in Provo the day Kaden leaves!! Table behind them is Craig, Clay and Derrell. then Harold, Sterling and LaNore, I took the picture! Sure was fun to sit and chat about many things! Hunting stories, mostly!! Tracy drove their big SUV and it was good because she knows the area - they live in Saratoga Springs. Lucas plays in the Westlake High School band, I told Derrell that Heather wanted to come but was doing lunch for the band camp and it was the same time. Tracy spoke up and said she did band camp lunch the day before! Sure love all these wonderful people.
