Saturday, April 18th, Fairbanks did a 'Drive By' grandparents visit - yay! They were on their way to the cabin with a computer for Bob and Kathy - we were so happy to see them. Lindsey brought McDonalds and we had a picnic on the front lawn - Olivia is practicing social distancing!!
Sweet Reid with the head helmet is so calm about it! The kids went in the house to use the bathroom. It was delightful to hear about their adventures in this crazy world.
Grandpa is not a ground sitting person - so he brought out a folding chair!
We noticed this Blue House driving down the street - Sadie and Georgia grabbed the camera and went running after it to get a picture...they are both really good runners!
I jumped in the car and caught up with them about three blocks away - the house had turned a corner so we went down to find it. Turns out this munchie mansion - is part of a man in our ward's real estate office - Spencer Whitman - has a kitchen on the other side that they take to parades, etc.
These darling Fairbanks grandkids just love the marble game!! Notice all my scrapbook files in the background - actually they had to move them to get into the cupboard for the marble game!
Sadie was so happy Scooter let her pick him up - I think he looks grumpy!
After the company left - Grandpa wanted to take a nap - he called to me from the bedroom to come to him ... this is what I found! This cat loves human company!! He shewed him off after I took the picture.

Easter 2020
With all the world in a turmoil - I bought a new door mat! It makes me happy!
This is the back of the Russian Quilt we are making for President and Sister Lamb - I was measuring for the batting to take to a lady who is going to machine quilt it - and the cat climbed underneath!!
Scooter on Shelby's bed - she is in Hawaii and he misses her!
Easter Sunday, April 12, 2020 - first time celebrated alone for many years.
We put on our face masks to document for history the awful times the world is going through. We feel very blessed to know that our Savior lives and is helping all of us!

Spring Flowers
A nice touch in all the mess that is going around the world! We planted a few bulbs last fall and here they are - making our world pretty! We bought the bleeding heart plant at Lowe's - so pretty.
Harold has worked hard on the front lawn and it is looking so much better than last year! We will plant and seed more flowers after Easter when the chance of frost it over.

Reid's First Birthday
Reid Fairbanks turning one year old and destroying his birthday cake! We are having to watch by skype because we are supposed to 'stay at home' - so hard not to go celebrate with him and his family. We will try and obey all orders so we can stay safe and help others. It is hard not to have life as we knew it - and it will never be the same - we think. We will have a party with Reid later when we are allowed to.
